Terms of service

  1. Rental Agreement: By placing an order with Party Rentals Li, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  2. Reservation and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental order. Full payment is due before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic bank transfers.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  4. Damage or Loss: The customer is responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery/pickup until they are returned to Party Rentals Li. Any damage, loss, or theft of rental items will be charged to the customer at the replacement cost.

  5. Care and Use of Rental Items: Rental items must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and handled with care. Any misuse or damage caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Setup and Installation: Our team will set up and install rental items as required. Please ensure that the event venue is accessible and ready for setup at the agreed-upon time.
